GuardOS System Architecture

GuardOS is built from the ground up with security, privacy, and compliance at its core.

Hosted in Switzerland: All data processing and infrastructure operations are confined to Swiss territory, ensuring alignment with the country’s stringent data protection laws.

Zero Retention: GuardOS processes data entirely in memory — no client data is stored before, during, or after execution.

Isolated Subnet: All workloads run in a secure, private subnet that is not directly exposed to the internet and is only accessible through tightly controlled ingress mechanisms.

Ingress-Gated Access: Only authenticated and authorized requests are permitted through a secured API gateway, enforcing strict boundaries between internal services and external traffic.

Stateless by Design: GuardOS systems are stateless by default. We do not retain customer data and only collect minimal metadata (e.g., IP addresses, hostnames) strictly for operational monitoring and billing.

Compliance Commitment: GuardOS operates exclusively within a Swiss-based Microsoft Azure environment. Data is never shared with third parties, never used for model training, and remains fully isolated in accordance with our robust privacy and compliance standards.
